    General terms and conditions

    Article 1 - Definitions
    In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

    • Additional Agreement: An agreement in which the consumer acquires products, digital content, and/or services related to a distance contract, and these products, digital content, and/or services are supplied by the trader or by a third party under an agreement between that third party and the trader.

    • Cooling-Off Period: The period within which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.

    • Consumer: A natural person not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or profession.

    • Day: A calendar day.

    • Digital Content: Data that is produced and supplied in digital form.

    • Ongoing Contract: A contract that extends to the regular supply of goods, services, and/or digital content over a certain period.

    • Durable Medium: Any device, including email, that enables the consumer or trader to store information addressed to them personally, in a way that allows future reference for a period adequate for its intended purpose, and that permits the unchanged reproduction of the stored information.

    • Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s ability to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

    • Trader: The natural or legal person who offers products, digital content, and/or services at a distance to consumers.

    • Distance Contract: A contract concluded between the trader and the consumer as part of a system for selling goods, digital content, and/or services at a distance, in which exclusive or additional use is made of one or more distance communication methods up to and including the conclusion of the contract.

    • Withdrawal Form: The European model withdrawal form included in Appendix I of these terms and conditions.

    • Distance Communication Technology: A means of concluding a contract without requiring the trader and consumer to be physically present in the same place at the same time.

    Article 3 - Applicability

    1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the trader and to every distance contract concluded between the trader and the consumer.

    2. The text of these general terms and conditions shall be made available to the consumer before the conclusion of the distance contract. If this is not reasonably possible, the trader will indicate how the general terms and conditions can be viewed and that they will be sent to the consumer free of charge upon request.

    3. If the contract is concluded electronically, these terms may be provided electronically in a way that allows the consumer to store them on a durable medium.

    4. If specific product or service conditions also apply, the consumer may always rely on the provision that is most favourable to them in case of conflicting terms.


    Article 4 - The Offer

    1. If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.

    2. The offer shall include a complete and accurate description of the offered products, digital content, and/or services. The description shall be detailed enough to enable a proper assessment by the consumer. If the trader uses images, they must accurately represent the offered products, services, and/or digital content.

    3. Apparent mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the trader.

    4. Each offer shall contain enough information so that it is clear to the consumer what their rights and obligations are upon acceptance.


    Article 5 - The Contract

    1. The contract is established at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stipulated conditions.

    2. If the consumer accepts the offer electronically, the trader shall confirm receipt of acceptance without delay. Until the trader confirms receipt, the consumer may terminate the contract.

    3. If the contract is concluded electronically, the trader shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure electronic data transfer and ensure a safe online environment. If the consumer can pay electronically, the trader shall take appropriate security measures.

    4. The trader may investigate whether the consumer can fulfil their payment obligations and assess other relevant facts necessary for a responsible conclusion of the distance contract. If, based on this investigation, the trader has legitimate reasons not to enter into the agreement, they may refuse an order or attach special conditions to its execution.

    5. The trader shall send the following information at the latest upon delivery:

      • The trader’s business address for consumer complaints.

      • The conditions under which and the manner in which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

      • Information about guarantees and after-sales service.

      • The price, including all taxes, and if applicable, delivery costs and the payment method.

      • If applicable, the contract’s duration and termination conditions.

      • The withdrawal form if the consumer has a right of withdrawal.


    Article 6 - Right of withdrawal


    When purchasing products, the consumer has the possibility of
    to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons for a period of 14 days. This cooling-off period commences on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer or a previously designated by the consumer and consumer and made known to the entrepreneur representative.

    • Digital content that is supplied via a non-physical medium, provided that the consumer has given explicit consent and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights.


    Article 8 - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    1. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

    2. Disputes may be submitted to the competent UK court.

    3. Consumers may also seek alternative dispute resolution through an authorised dispute settlement body in the UK.

    Article 9 - Costs in the event of withdrawal


    If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the following shall apply
